There are so many glitches. Like my dog is meowing and hovering above the ground, my toddler doesnt play he just stands there, the two guys who make chocolate are making weird noises. I love this game but its getting kinda annoying now.

The only problem is that my party boat wont connect at all. I am even connected to Facebook but it just wont connect and let me collect my prizes.

I love this game, but with the new update, the toddlers glitch and they wont do any actions. Please fix asap.

I like the idea of the spa update but the amount of gems needed seems unreasonable and almost impossible without shelling out a significant amount of real money. Also, something seems to have gone wrong with the toddlers in my town due to the update. They freeze in a walking pose during actions instead of doing them but the timer still works and experience is still earned. Looking forward to a fix and more reasonable quests and events. Thank you!

I really love this game but every time I go to the mall the game closes out and that makes all my sims stop doing what they were in the middle of if that can be fixed then its 5 stars

Was really enjoying this game until todays (May 3, 2016) update. iPhone 6s, current iOS and game updated today and now I cant open it.

Stopped working after updating. The Sims cannot start any actions.

Sims the toddlers are glitchy and freeze When i make them do actions.And dogs sound like cats.Please fix these!

There are way too many glitches in this update, (the good ones are all gone unfortunately) and its really upsetting. My toddler will just freeze and wont move at all, even when shes doing a task. Fix it for five..

This update causes my sims to glitch!! They will freeze up and not move a muscle! Its so annoying- I love this game and spend actual money on it - embarrassed to say haha but I do and I wont anymore if the glitches dont get fixed.. It ruins the reason why I like the game..theyre so real like but theyre not if theyre frozen in stone . Sad I had to give my favorite past time 2 stars

I cant even open the app. It always crashes when I open it. This started happening after I downloaded the update.

I love this game so much. The new spa update however has been making my game glitch up; my dog is meowing and making bird noises, my toddlers are making alien noises and freezing up, and my female sims have male voices

I loved the game, until the update for the spa event. The reason I dont like it as much is because there are a lot of minor glitches for you guys to fix. First off, when I look at my toddlers face frame in the simtracker, it just shows her dress, and not her face. The other faces are shown, but hers. Another glitch is that that I am doing my weekly quest for 4 sims to hibernate. I chose my two parents, a baby, and the toddler. I came back from school to check this when all of them were sleeping BUT the toddler. She was standing next to the bed, but was apparently still hibernating because the bar was still above her head. When I go to school, its 9 hours, so they should have been all hibernating in bed. The last glitch Ive experienced was that the iPad freezes about after 20 minutes of playing, Maybe 10 minutes, Sims Freeplay. The iPad is not slow, because it still has lots of memory, its brand new, and it didnt freeze after at least 20 minutes before the update. Please fix these glitches and the glitches the other people in the community are experiencing. We would all feel much better. :)

The new update is cool and all but now that its updated Im having issues with my toddlers freezing whenever they do something fix it please!!!!

I enjoy playing Sims, but have run into an issue since the last update. Every time I try to open the app, it crashes while on the loading screen. This is really frustrating, especially because Im missing the time limit on my current task!!! Please fix!

I am having issues with my toddlers and they will freeze and not get in their beds, they will not do certain tasks. One of my toddlers picture is showing her dress and not her face

Ive had sims free play for almost two years and Ive never really had any problems with it. Until now. After the update, whenever I try to open the app, it freezes onto the loading screen and I cant play the game. I really want to try out the new update! Please fix this glitch! I miss my sims!

Since the update it wont even open. I dont want to delete the app and risk losing my sims though! Please fix
