Awesome but I miss some things

I have played this game forever it was the first game on my I pad but after about a year of playing another update came and it wasnt a good one.
(1)My favorite floor was no longer available to me I had to reach level like 41 to get it (the grey wood)
(2)They took away the sims personality which made me very sad
(3)They took away some clothes and hair etc.
Which are now becoming vip things
(4)STAIRS AND POOLS ARE SOOO EXPENSIVE
but I love the game and some people have amazing suggestions and I will continue to play forever -Chill
