The glitches are crazy!!!!!!!

Ever since the spa update theres been glitches!
My dog is meowing my teen sim is singing while playing the guitar and the hot tub wont fill up with water anymore. Pretty much its making sounds that dont match to the task that the sim is doing which is annoying. Please fix this problem. Thank you.
